I offer free consultations for all clients. This will give you the opportunity to learn more about the services offered and ask any questions you would like.
Birth Doula Package
Pregnancy, labor, and birth the first time around can leave you with so many questions! Adding a doula to your birth team can provide you with professionally trained experience, comfort and the support you need to feel confident about your upcoming birth. This package includes:
* Keepsake book to help you prepare for your upcoming birth
* 1 Prenatal Appointment to discuss your needs and wants.
* Unlimited text, email, and phone support
* 24 hour text and/or calls during your pregnancy
* Continuous birth support
* 1-2 hours of support immediately following the birth
*1 Postpartum visit for continued support

Did You Know....
The researchers found that overall, people who have continuous support during childbirth experience a:
